This comprehensive package features a venue walkthrough (if requested by the venue), monthly planning meetings, a customized timeline, and a well-crafted contingency plan for any unexpected situations. To guarantee a flawless experience, your coordinator will conduct a Zoom call the week of your wedding to ensure seamless communication among all parties. On the day before your event, your coordinator will be available for 2 hours to oversee the rehearsal and finalize any last-minute details. On your wedding day, we'll be right by your side for a full 12 hours, managing logistics such as setup, directing your wedding party and vendors, keeping everything on schedule, and assisting with cleanup if needed.
